Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Cooked chicken breast chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1.5 cups Chopped celery
  • 2 cups Red grapes halved
  • 2 cups Chopped pecans

Instructions

  • In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk together.
  • In a large bowl combine the chopped chicken, celery, red grapes, and pecan. Top with the mayonnaise mixture and toss together until well mixed.
  • Cover bowl and place in the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve on bread, cracker, or all on it’s own.
