Our quick & easy peach cobbler with cake mix combines canned peaches and dry cake mix to make a sweet peach cobbler with a buttery cake topping, ready in under an hour. Simple & delicious dessert!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick spray.
Pour the peaches into the casserole dish and then add the brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir together until well mixed.
Carefully spread the dry cake mix over the peaches, covering them evenly. You can use a fork or spoon to gently spread the cake mix to the edges of the dish, but do not mix the cake mix with the peaches.
Melt the butter in a microwave safe dish and then pour over the dry cake mix. Use the back of a spoon or a form to evenly spread the butter over the cake mix. If there are any dry spots when you are finished you can use thin slice of butter to cover them.
