Ingredients

  • 2 cans Peaches in heavy syrup
  • 1 box Yellow cake mix
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon plus more to sprinkle on top
  • ½ cup Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick spray.
  • Pour the peaches into the casserole dish and then add the brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir together until well mixed.
  • Carefully spread the dry cake mix over the peaches, covering them evenly. You can use a fork or spoon to gently spread the cake mix to the edges of the dish, but do not mix the cake mix with the peaches.
  • Melt the butter in a microwave safe dish and then pour over the dry cake mix. Use the back of a spoon or a form to evenly spread the butter over the cake mix. If there are any dry spots when you are finished you can use thin slice of butter to cover them.
