Buffalo Chicken Cheese Ball
A buffalo chicken cheese ball makes a zesty keto friendly appetizer perfect for football season and easy entertaining.
- 8 ounces Chicken cooked, shredded, and finely chopped
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 8 ounces Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 cup Almonds roughly chopped
Place chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Frank’s sauce in the bowl of your stand mixer and mix together until all ingredients are fully combined.
Scrape the mixture from the bowl and form into a ball.
Roll the ball in the chopped almonds until it is fully covered.
Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.
Serve with celery or crackers.
