Set your prepared cheese ball near the bottom center of your board—this will form the turkey’s body.
Layer pepperoni slices in a half-circle on top of the cheese ball to shape the turkey’s head. Use two black olives for eyes and a small carrot slice or red pepper strip for the beak/wattle.
Start at the top and work your way down, arranging slices of cheese, bell peppers, carrots, pretzels, and crackers in rows that fan out like turkey feathers.
Fold or roll turkey and salami slices, and place them between the layers of crackers and veggies for added texture and flavor.
Use olives, more crackers, or small pieces of cheese to fill in empty spaces. This makes the board look full and inviting.
Fresh herbs like parsley or rosemary can be tucked in around the edges for a festive touch.
