Create a festive Thanksgiving charcuterie board shaped like a turkey with cheese, meats, and a classic cheese ball as the centerpiece!

Ingredients

  • Classic Cheese Ball
  • 5 ounces Pepperoni
  • 4 ounces Pecan halves
  • Black olives
  • Red bell pepper
  • Your choice of Meats cheeses, accompaniments
  • Crackers pretzels, and bread

Instructions

  • Set your prepared cheese ball near the bottom center of your board—this will form the turkey’s body.
  • Layer pepperoni slices in a half-circle on top of the cheese ball to shape the turkey’s head. Use two black olives for eyes and a small carrot slice or red pepper strip for the beak/wattle.
  • Start at the top and work your way down, arranging slices of cheese, bell peppers, carrots, pretzels, and crackers in rows that fan out like turkey feathers.
  • Fold or roll turkey and salami slices, and place them between the layers of crackers and veggies for added texture and flavor.
  • Use olives, more crackers, or small pieces of cheese to fill in empty spaces. This makes the board look full and inviting.
  • Fresh herbs like parsley or rosemary can be tucked in around the edges for a festive touch.
