The Keurig 2.0 is the perfect way to make our Cheesecake Iced Coffee recipe. It is a dreamy iced coffee that will satisfy your sweet craving.
For all of you out there who are still looking for that one last gift we have the answer! Melinda and I had the opportunity to try out the new Keurig 2.0 and we love it! We both already have Keurig machines so we knew we were fans but the Keurig 2.0 has some really cool new features.
I know you are thinking this is only a good gift for coffee lovers, I know that’s what I used to think, but there are over 400 beverage varieties including tea, hot chocolate, apple cider, and of course, coffee. While Melinda can’t imagine starting the day without a cup of coffee, I never drink it. I got my first Keurig thinking I would just use it for guests and it turns out that whether it is hot apple cider, hot chocolate, hot tea, iced tea (did you know you could make iced tea with it?!) or just hot water I use it every day. It’s also perfect for when we have guests staying at the house who do drink coffee in the morning. No more need to buy coffee grounds and filters that won’t get used once they leave. We just stock up on K-cup packs and we’re set.
The new Keurig® 2.0 has Keurig 2.0 Brewing Technology™ that ensures that whichever of those 400+ varieties of beverage you are brewing you will get a perfect cup (or carafe!) every time. It actually reads each lid and brews it accordingly. Pretty techie for a cup of coffee right? I’m impressed!
My favorite new feature is that it can brew single cups AND a carafe of coffee. The carafe is equal to 4 cups of coffee. I love it because I use mine a lot when we have dinner parties and serving coffee to everyone is going to be even easier now that I can brew several cups of coffee at once. Melinda also loves that the Keurig 2.0 lets her set the brew strength for those days when she needs her coffee just a little bit stronger.
After testing the Keurig 2.0 out for a few days I was sold and I knew exactly who I wanted to give one to. My sister just had a new baby and she and her husband are exhausted. I figured a few cups of coffee (or a whole carafe) might help them make it through those sleepless nights. I even included Melinda’s recipe for Iced Cheesecake Coffee. They are loving the Keurig and my older niece and nephew are enjoying it too. They love how easy it is to convince mom to make them hot chocolate now!
If you have someone in your life who you think would love a Keurig 2.0 you can find it at Target stores. There are still 5 shopping days left go get one (even if it is just for yourself)!

What a great Christmas gift idea! We’re in the dead of winter here in upstate New York, and coffee (or tea…or cocoa…) at the touch of a button sounds like an awesome idea. Thanks for sharing! #client
