Infused Water is a great low calorie way to flavor your water naturally.
We all know the importance of hydrating ourselves, but do you actually do it? I know I don’t! Water is so blah tasting, so why not spruce it up by infusing it with fruits and veggies. I love infused water as I am a big water drinker living in a hot climate and its nice to have a little flavour in them, I keep lime wedges in the freezer to pop in my water all the time but these take it a step further, love it.
