Ingredients & Substitutions
Mozzarella Cheese – Melts beautifully and creates that irresistible cheesy top layer. Feel free to mix in some Parmesan or an Italian blend for extra depth.
Frozen Cheese Ravioli – These little pasta pillows replace traditional lasagna noodles, making this dish super fast to assemble. We use frozen ravioli to keep it simple, but you can use fresh as well, just cut the bake time by 5 minutes.
Alfredo Sauce – Creamy and rich, it coats every layer with indulgent flavor. Store-bought works perfectly here, or you can use homemade if you’re feeling fancy.
Baby Spinach – Adds a pop of color and a bit of nutrition without overpowering the dish. You can swap in kale or leave it out for picky eaters.
Shredded Rotisserie Chicken – The ultimate shortcut protein! It’s tender, flavorful, and saves loads of time. Any cooked chicken will work in a pinch.
Step-by-Step Instructions
This rotisserie chicken lasagna bake comes together in a snap:
Step 1 – Prep the Oven. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
Step 2 – First Sauce Layer. Spread about 1 cup of Alfredo sauce evenly on the bottom of the dish. This keeps the ravioli from sticking and adds flavor to every bite.

Step 3 – Layer the Ravioli. Arrange the cheese ravioli in a single layer, covering the bottom of the dish.
Step 4 – Add Spinach & Chicken. Sprinkle half of the chopped spinach over the ravioli. Then layer with 8 ounces of shredded rotisserie chicken.

Step 5 – More Sauce & Cheese. Spoon about 1.5 cups of Alfredo sauce over the chicken and top with 4 ounces of mozzarella cheese.
Step 6 – Repeat. Add a second layer of ravioli, remaining spinach, chicken, more Alfredo, and the rest of the mozzarella.
Step 7 – Bake Covered. Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 8 – Uncover and Finish Baking. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and starting to brown.
Step 9 – Rest Before Serving. Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before cutting. This helps everything set for cleaner slices.

Storage & Reheating
To Store: Let leftovers cool completely. Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
To Reheat: Microwave individual slices or reheat the whole dish in a 350°F oven, covered, until warmed through.
To Freeze: Wrap cooled leftovers tightly in foil and place in a freezer-safe bag or container. Freeze for up to 3 months.
