Let’s start with my favorite Easter dessert recipe, The BEST Coconut Cake You’ll Ever Make! This coconut cake recipe was passed down to me from my grandma and it has a secret ingredient that makes it so much better than your every day coconut cake.
If you don’t want to make a whole coconut cake you can give these Coconut Mango Cupcakes a try! Add a little fresh coconut on top of these cupcakes for the ultimate Easter dessert…or take that mango curd recipe and put it inside of your coconut cake!
Peeps are a classic Easter candy. Love them or hate them they are here to stay :). This Easter Peeps S’mores Dip is a mixture of milk and white chocolate topped with lightly toasted Easter bunny Peeps. It’s a chocolaty dessert that the s’mores lover in your life is going to appreciate.
To give you one more use for those Easter Peeps we’ve got these Easter Candy Blondies. They are a great way to get rid of that extra Easter candy. You add all of your favorites to a delicious blondie recipe and bake them together. The candy gets ooey gooey and every bite is amazing!
If you’ve never made Hummingbird Cake you’ve got to give it a try this Easter! Hummingbird cake combines bananas, pineapple, and pecans for a moist, delicious cake that you will want to eat as soon as it comes out of the oven. Don’t give in to the temptation, the rich, creamy cream cheese frosting that goes with this cake puts it over the top!
Lemon desserts are perfect for spring so you see them often as Easter desserts. This Lemon Berry Napoleon uses puff pastry dough, lemon mousse, and fresh berries to make an elegant Easter dessert recipe. You can make them the day before and store them in the refrigerator to free up time on Easter Sunday.
This Lemon Icebox Pie is my favorite. In fact when it comes to Easter dessert sometimes I have to make Lemon Icebox Pie AND Coconut Cake because it’s just too hard to choose. Lemon Icebox Pie is a lemon dessert made with sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice for the perfect combination of sweet and tart. Add that to a graham cracker crust and I’m in heaven.
Brunch is a big deal during Easter and just because you’re eating breakfast foods doesn’t mean you have to skip dessert! This easy Lemon Loaf is lemon pound cake topped with a thick layer of lemon icing. It’s the ultimate Easter dessert for bunch!
This No Bake Lemon Meringue Dip is all of the goodness of a lemon meringue pie without having to turn on the oven! A delicious lemon meringue cream topped with toasted meringue. Scoop it up on a vanilla wafer cookie and you’ve got yourself an awesome Easter dessert!
Alright, last lemon dessert recipe. Can you tell I love them? These Lemon Thyme Shortbread Cookies are delicate little cookies with a lemon frosting. They are pretty, delicious, and easy to make. Everyone will love these lemon cookies!
Let’s get into some chocolate! These Marshmallow Cream Filled Bird’s Nest Cupcakes are filled with my favorite creamy marshmallow fluff! Super easy to make and the kids will love them.
These Easter Egg Cookie Dough Truffles can be made ahead of time. You can even save more time by using store bought cookie dough!
What Easter dessert menu would be complete without Cadbury Eggs? This decadent Cadbury Egg Cheesecake looks too good to pass up! Anything with a caramel and chocolate drizzle is okay by me.
That’s it! I hope you found something to make for Easter dessert . If you give one of these a try make sure to stop by and leave a comment. Maybe it will help me make up my mind 🙂
