Make Ahead Breakfast Casseroles
Most of our breakfast casserole can be made ahead of time. Eggs, cream or milk, bread, and your favorite add-ins sit together in the refrigerator overnight and bake up into an awesome breakfast in the morning.
Our favorite breakfast casseroles are all based on breakfast sandwiches that we love! It’s a great way to feed a crowd during the holidays or on busy weekday mornings when there isn’t a lot of time to cook.
Sausage and Egg Casseroles
Sausage and eggs are a classic breakfast combination. Layer them together with cheese and bread (or tortillas!) and you have the perfect hearty breakfast for the family.
Keto Breakfast Casseroles
You don’t have to include bread for it to be breakfast! Some of our most popular recipes are crustless quiches that are packed full of meat, cheese, and veggies. You don’t have to be eating low carb to enjoy these simple recipes.
They are great for weekday meal prep! Make them ahead of time and then cut into individual portions to store them. When you’re ready to eat just grab one, heat it up and breakfast is served!
Overnight French Toast Bakes
French toast bakes are a classic make ahead breakfast idea. Like with our other casseroles you make a custard with cream and eggs and then you soak fluffy bread in it overnight (or an hour or two ahead if you’re in a rush).
Add in your favorite flavors, bake, and serve with a generous drizzle of syrup. Absolutely delicious and much easier to make for a crowd than traditional French toast!
That’s it! Some of our favorite easy breakfast casserole recipes to that are perfect for busy morning breakfast or Sunday brunches with friends and family!
