These tasty Thanksgiving Leftovers Sliders are layers of turkey, stuffing, and all of your favorite sides sandwiched between two sliders buns for the perfect after Thanksgiving sandwich.

In my family we eat Thanksgiving dinner as a late lunch which means around 5 pm everyone starts heading to the kitchen looking for round two. These sliders are the perfect way to feed a hungry crowd and use up those Thanksgiving leftovers.

There really is no right or wrong way to make Thanksgiving Leftovers Sliders. You just take all of your favorite sides and sandwich them between fluffy slider rolls.

There are a few basics that most people like on their Thanksgiving sandwich though and those include Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce.

How to Make Thanksgiving Leftovers Sliders

  1. Separate the rolls and cut each one in half. Place the tops to the side and place the bottoms of your rolls on a baking sheet or large serving tray.
  2. Layer with your Thanksgiving leftovers. We suggest starting with a base of mashed potatoes, then stuffing, turkey, and ending with a small scoop of cranberry sauce.
  3. Place the tops of the buns on your sandwiches and serve.

Can You Heat Up Thanksgiving Leftovers Sliders?

Yes! If you’d like a hot turkey sandwich you can place the sliders on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, cover them loosely with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees F. for 15-20 minutes.

  • 1 cup Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 cup Stuffing
  • 1 pound Turkey, sliced
  • ½ cup Cranberry Sauce
