I may not be Mexican, but I love any excuse to celebrate! Cinco de Mayo is all about good food and drinking lots of Corona. Well not so much of the drinking part now that I have 2 small kids. Weekend mornings just aren’t the same! A siesta after a great meal sounds more appealing these days. Here are some of my favorite Cinco de Mayo recipes!
