I LOVE Mexican and Tex-Mex food so I’m all about celebrating on Cinco de Mayo. We’ve got everything from party food to easy family dinner recipes. Whatever you need to add a little flavor on May 5th!

I love nothing more than some chips and salsa to go along with a delicious Tex-Mex dinner, the hard part is figuring out which salsa to pick. We’ve got your traditional tomato salsa, fruit salsa (add some chicken for delicious Mango Chicken Salad), and delicious dessert salsa’s served with cinnamon chips.

We’ve put our own little spin on them by turning classic chicken and beef enchiladas into casseroles.
