This easy Keto Club Sandwich is low carb and totally delicious. It has all of the ingredients I love in a club sandwich , minus the bread…and you know what? I don’t even miss it.

This low carb version of a club sandwich is a quick and easy keto lunch recipe that is perfect for those days when you just don’t want to turn on a stove, or pull out the Instant Pot.

It’s layers of turkey, ham, cheese, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce held together with a toothpick, just like the classic club sandwich.

It makes a great keto lunch and it’s also perfect for parties. Make a big batch and place them on platter to serve at your next football party! They are simple to make and totally delicious. Everyone will love them whether they are on the keto diet or not.

Is Deli Meat Keto?

Deli meat can be eaten on the keto diet though you need to keep in mind that it sometimes has added sugars. Before purchasing make sure to read the labels and choose the brand with no added sugars.

Also keep in mind that turkey deli meat is usually cut from the white meat of the turkey so it has very little fat and high protein. You’ll want to make sure you take that into account and calculate your macros so you don’t go over on your protein allotment for the day.

  • 6 Iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise, divided into 3 portions (1 teaspoon each)
  • 4 ounces Deli Ham, thinly sliced
  • 6 ounces Deli Turkey, thinly sliced
  • 2 ounces Cheddar Cheese, thinly sliced
  • .5 ounce Tomato slice , from 3 inch diameter tomato
  • 2 slices Cooked Bacon


  • Remove the core from the iceberg lettuce and dispose of any wilted, or damaged outer leaves.
  • Peel off approximately 6 leaves of lettuce.
  • Place two pieces of lettuce together and spread on 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise.
  • Place the 1 ounce of the cheese, approximately 1 slice, on the lettuce and top with the deli ham slices.
  • Place the next two pieces of lettuce over the ham and spread 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise on it. Top with the cooked bacon, sliced tomato, the remaining cheese, and sliced deli turkey.
  • Spread the remaining 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise on top of the turkey and top with the last two pieces of lettuce.
  • Cut into four wedges and place a toothpick through each one to hold it together.
