This year I am the lucky family member that is hosting Easter brunch. I am a planner, which means I’ve started making my menu already. But, before I got too carried away with my Easter brunch menu, I sent out invitations. That’s right, real invitations! I couldn’t pass up an opportunity to use these adorable Easter invitations.
For my Easter brunch menu I wanted a wide range of brunch recipes from bite size appetizers, to breakfast casseroles, to an Easter ham. I eat with my eyes like most people. If it looks pretty, it must be good, right? So, I always try to pick eye-catching recipes that are either colorful or unique, hopefully both!
What’s more Easter than carrot cake? Right? These Carrot Cake Cinnamon Rolls mean you can have dessert for breakfast and you don’t even have to feel bad about it ;).
