No Bake Cheesecake Dip
If you’re looking for an easy dessert recipe this No Bake Cheesecake Dip is it!
Remember those decadent {Almost} No Bake Turtle Cheesecake Cups we made last week? Yep, those. Well we loved the no bake cheesecake so much that after we finished making them Melinda and I decided to go totally no bake, because sometimes, even if it is for something as amazing as a sweet and salty cookie cup, you just don’t want to turn on the oven.
This dessert dip is so simple, all you need is a box of No Bake Cheesecake Mix, milk (as required in the package instructions), and some graham crackers or strawberries to scoop it up with. Following the instructions on the package, add the milk and stir everything together. In the box of cheesecake mix there will also be a packet of graham cracker crumbs for making the crust. Instead of using it as a crust you just sprinkle 1/2 – 3/4 of it into the cheesecake mixture. Stir it all around and put it in the refrigerator to set.
When it comes out of the refrigerator stir it up really well. You aren’t going to be able to get it completely smooth but that’s ok, it’s still going to taste just as good! Stir it up, sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs on top for garnish. Put it in a bowl and surround it with graham crackers and fresh strawberries. You’ve got the great taste of cheesecake and you never even had to turn on the oven.
