Air Fryer Pork Chops
If I didn’t love my air fryer before these Air Fryer Pork Chops would have made me a believer! These pork chops were perfectly tender, juicy, and packed full of flavor after just 9 minutes in the air fryer.
Serve them with a batch of crispy airy fryer Brussels sprouts and you’ve got a complete keto air fryer dinner that is ready in less than 30 minutes.
How to Cook Pork Chops in the Air Fryer:
- Brush the pork chops with a light coating of olive oil and then rub your spice mix into them.
- Working in batches place your pork chops in the airy fryer basket. Do not stack the pork chops, place them side-by-side.
- Set the temperature to 375 degrees F and the timer to 9 minutes. Start cooking the pork chops.
- Halfway through stop the timer and remove the basket, flipping the pork chops over. Replace the basket and start timer.
- When done check the internal temperature to ensure that it is 145 degrees F and then remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
How Long Do You Cook Pork Chops in the Air Fryer?
If you are cooking fresh pork chops in the air fryer you’ll cook them at 375 degrees F for 9 minutes. If you are cooking frozen pork chops you’ll cook them at 375 degrees F for 10-14 minutes.
You’ll know your pork chops are done by using a meat thermometer to check that the the internal temperature is 145 degrees F.
What Size Pork Chops Should You Use?
I used 1 inch thick, boneless pork chops for this recipe. If you use a thicker pork chop, or ones with the bone in you may need to add additional time. Just use your meat thermometer to ensure they are cooked all the way through.
I couldn’t believe how tender and juicy these pork chops were! When I cook pork chops in the oven I always have to worry about drying them out but with the airy fryer they come out perfectly cooked every time.

Good seasoning, times are off for my air fryer
Love my Ninja Foodi but on this recipe are you supposed to preheat for a few minutes before you cook them. Mine were not done at 9 minutes I had to add an additional 4 minutes to get the correct internal temperature so a total of 13 minutes. Please let me know if you’re supposed to preheat before thank you.
I always think it helps to preheat but I didn’t find it necessary for this recipe. It could be that your pork chops were just a little thicker than ours.
Seasoning is good but had to cook longer than recommended time. I did preheat my air fryer prior to adding in the pork chops.
Different air fryers and thickness vary for cooking time. Just make sure your internal temp is 145 degrees.
